  • Remove all overwrap. For fresh/thawed pie: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brush top of pie with butter if desired. Place on cookie sheet and bake until crust is deeply browned and internal temperature reaches 165 degrees by use of thermometer approximately 30-40 minutes. For Frozen: add 10-15 minutes to baking time.
