Gluten Free Cardamom Crumble Mix
Gluten free flour blend [Rice flour, Brown Rice Flour, Sorghum Flour, Tapioca Starch, Potato Starch, Xanthan Gum], brown sugar, sugar, cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, salt.
Empty mix into large bowl. Melt 10 tablespoons unsalted butter or butter alternative, let cool slightly. Add melted butter to mix and toss gently with fork until combined into clumps. Do not overmix. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes or make ahead up to 1 day before baking. When ready to bake, sprinkle cold topping over fruit and bake at 350F for 30-35 minutes, or until fruit begins to bubble. Increase oven temperature to 400F and bake 5-10 minutes longer or until topping is desired level of brown. Let stand at least 15 minutes before serving.
